Taste the flavors of the Alaskan coastline! Join Barnacle Foods and Outdoor Chef Life (Taku Kondo) for a special event in San Francisco!

Celebrating the launch of their co-branded Kelp Chili Crisp product, Chef Taku will be serving up poke made with Wild Alaska Sockeye drizzled with the addictively and explosively flavorful Kelp Chili Crisp. Come meet Taku and the Barnacle Foods team while enjoying mouthwatering bites at Barebottle Brewing!

Based in Juneau, Alaska on the traditional lands of the Tlingit Peoples, Barnacle Foods goes  to great lengths — and depths — to capture the essence of the Alaskan coastline with delicious hot sauces, salsas, seasonings and more all featuring Alaska grown kelp as their primary ingredient! Using kelp (yes, seaweed!) their products are unique, delicious, and easy to use on everyday meals.
