“Tasting and Talk: Bread and the Boothby” – Celebrate with local author Laura Smith Borrman some of San Francisco’s classic culinary treasures featured in her new book, Iconic San Francisco Dishes, Drinks, and Desserts.

Borrman will lead a panel discussion and food and drink tasting with Cathy Goldsmith of the Cheese Board Collective; Erica Peters of Culinary Historians of Northern California.

John Burton of Santa Rosa Bartending School. Revel in tales – and tastes – of sourdough bread and a San Francisco original, Bill Boothby, and his namesake cocktail.
