Get a sneak peak at the recipe Terri Wu, Pastry Chef at Farallon Restaurant, plans to prepare at Dessert First: her signature Rhubarb Grapefruit Gallette with Grapefruit Hibiscus Curd and Saint Benoit Milk Ricotta.

The chef will walk through the recipe step-by-step and then the audience get a taste of the final product. This is a preview for Project Open Hand’s 12th Annual Dessert First taking place on Sunday, May 5 at the Four Seasons.
