America has never been more divided, and many people are feeling alienated and anxious. People can’t deny that hatred, cynicism and misunderstanding are present, but every person has the power to transform them.
In this lecture, CIIS alum, Executive Coach and author Dr. Donna Stoneham will talk about five practices to help you thrive, not just survive, in an era of massive change, anxiety and unrest.
