Event Details

Artist Rebecca Saylor sews pillows with engineered, arrhythmic heartbeats that can only become regulated when hugged. As part of the City’s Living Innovation Zone (LIZ) program, Saylor hosts this project at the Civic Center where participants can help construct a community heart pillow.

Her last exhibition takes place on Sunday, September 3rd just outside the Asian Art Museum, at the corner of Larkin + Fulton. Featured workshops include CPR, slime-making, and graffiti lettering.
