SFCHC’s and its programs such as Trans Thrive, Transform SF & Trans Access cordially invites you to our holiday “Grab ‘n Go” dubbed as ” A Holiday Celebration!”
We may not be partying together or in- person, but the holiday spirit is ALIVE! Pickup a holiday meal and a Christmas treat and more!
Friday, December 18, 1:00pm- 3:00pm.

To make this event safe, we are enforcing the recommended guidelines of the city around social gathering, social distancing and requiring attendees to wear a mask.

If prior to the event, you are experiencing COVID- 19 symptoms such as:
Fever or chills
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fatigue
Muscle or body aches
Headache
New loss of taste or smell
Sore throat
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
