Help Turn Salesforce Tower into “Eye Of Sauron” on Halloween

We’ve been able to successfully do it two years in a row, and I believe we can do it again.
Due to the inability to obtain the rights to the eye from the movie, and out of respect for those effected by the fires, they weren’t able to create an image with fire like the first year. This year I’d like to present my idea for the image this year to be a close up shot of an eye wearing a red cat eye contact lens.
