FuncheapSF invites you to this unique underground performance art project on the waterfront with obscure film clips, live acts and old west comedy skits – Normally $9 for adults, FREE with RSVP through FuncheapSF
ABOUT THE EVENT:
The Underground Public Library (UPL) presents a comedic assortment of film clips and live vaudevillian entertainment, hosted by Spy Girlfriday in the historic Craneway Pavilion.
Each month the UPL reviews a different subject, showing an obscure collection of film clips, live acts and comedy skits. August will review the “Old West” from classic Roy Rogers to surrealistic El Topo. Spy explores “what cowboys like” …rope tricks, bullwhips, prancing horses, and BBQ. Audience members will be encouraged to participate in yodeling. The Underground Public Library Presents is a performing arts project, a unique experience in an incredible environment, on the waterfront in Point Richmond
