Earth Day Yoga & Dance Flash Mob | Civic Center

Yogis, dancers and meditators are invited to gather in Civic Center Plaza dressed as plants and animals, and join in a Yoga Mob, a MedMob and a dance Flash Mob to a remix of Michael Franti’s hits on April 20, 2013.

Kids and elders are all welcome to join in:

• 11 am: Yoga Mob
  One hour, three teachers and thousands of yogis
• Noon: MedMob
  Guided meditation emanating from the main stage
• 12:15 pm: Flash Mob
  Learn the dance and come move to a remix of Michael Franti’s Hey World and Say Hey (I Love You). Choreography by Heather Munro Pierce, Samantha Sweetwater. Artistic Direction by Magalie Bonneau-Marcil. Production by Dancing Without Borders with co-sponsors include Bay Area Flashmob and Balance Edutainment.
