The annual Bloom Fashion Show Presented by Levi Strauss & Co. returns to Union Square on Friday, May 8, 2026 bringing student designers and spring style to the heart of downtown as part of the seasonal Union Square In Bloom celebration.

Hosted by the Union Square Alliance, the free outdoor runway show features original floral-inspired designs created by students from Academy of Art University. The designers worked with mentors from the With Love Halston program, which honors the legacy of iconic designer Roy Halston Frowick.

The fashion show is a longtime Mother’s Day weekend tradition in Union Square and part of the district’s broader In Bloom festivities, which bring seasonal floral displays and events to downtown each spring.

Presented by Levi Strauss & Co., the event spotlights emerging local talent while adding a splash of color and creativity to the neighborhood’s spring programming.
