Come dressed in your finest dungarees for a Saturday night shindig at the Urban Hillbilly Ball at Plough & Stars.

Pay on a $6 to $10 sliding scale to gain entrance to this 21+ event, featuring performances by the Mutineers, Misisipi Mike & The Midnight Gamblers and Big Jugs, and get ready to jug dance with some moonshine to the tune of a musical saw.

Performances By

  • The Mutineers: A Southern California urban hillbilly band that’s shared the stage with Langhorne Slim, The Devil Makes Three and The Tallest Man on Earth.
  • Misisipi Mike & the Midnight Gamblers: A hero on the SF Bay Area urban hillbilly music scene, Misisipi Mike’s song “Calling The Shots” was recently featured on the season premiere of HBO’s “True Blood.
  • Big Jugs: The sextet known for their signature brand of semi-offensive humor, Big Jugs brings a special blend of controversial rockabilly country to the streets of Santa Barbara.
