Come down to the waterfront for the 7th annual Mad Hatter July 4th Festival celebration! Live Entertainment, Car Show, huge kite Kites, Food, vendors kids rides night light show and more! Maritime Dog Parade and contest starts at 1pm register at Mugsby’s Pet booth, or store.
