Kathryn and Maggie are huge nerds who like making food and want to share the love with everyone.
Most last Thursdays of the month, they pick a recipe to veganize and then meet up to share the whole process and hack together vegan recipes of dishes that have no business being vegan like corn dogs, fondue, even Twinkies; the dish changes every month.

Cupcakes are the beauty queens of the dessert world. They’re delightful— but so often, just a little too predictable. So bring your new ideas and come learn to make vegan cupcakes.
“We firmly oppose the “if it ain’t broken don’t fix it” policy, and are fixin’ to make some awesomely unpredictable vegan cupcakes. We’re talking about unconventional flavors, sculptural frosting masterpieces, unusual preparation methods, departures from traditional sweetness (a savory cupcake?!), and/or bizarro toppings and fillings. Have an idea? Bring it.”
