ArtSpan’s Excelsior “Reopening with Art” Initiative program celebrates rich cultures, supports small businesses and local artists, and spotlights the vibrant creativity of one of San Francisco’s most diverse neighborhoods. The aim of Reopening with Art Initiative is for local artists and small businesses to creatively augment venues re-emerging from stay-at-home order and poised to welcome the public.

Artists collaborated with business owners to create custom installations highlighting their venue and the frenetic energy of the community. The innovative installations adorn the windows, streets, and sidewalks for Shared Spaces participants, beautifully designed objects, and more.
