10 A.M.    San Jose Will Hold “Viva CalleSJ” Where Nearly Five Miles Of Streets Will Be Closed To Vehicle Traffic, And Residents Can Walk, Bike And Wheel Through Different San Jose Neighborhoods.

   -Parque De Los Pobladores, South First Street At South Market Street, San Jose

   -Japantown, Jackson And South Seventh Street, San Jose

   -Mexican Heritage Plaza, North King Road And East Santa Clara Street, San Jose

   Majority Of Route: North Fourth Street, Between East Santa Clara And Jackson Streets, And East Santa Clara Street To North King Road

VivaCalleSJ (pronounced Vee-Va Ka-Ye SJ) is a free recreational program that closes miles of scenic San José streets. Come see what it’s like at our next event!
VivaCalleSJ’s route will take participants through some of San José’s most eclectic and historic neighborhoods. The open street events brings people and communities together to walk, bike, skate, play and explore the explore the city like never before! It is not a race, so you can start anywhere and have as much fun as you want, in either direction.
