“On November 12-14, and November 19-21, Voices of Silicon Valley unveils Together At Last, a virtual concert presenting ambitious vocal music in a groundbreaking way. Tickets for this concert, along with a short video trailer, are now available on Eventbrite. Recorded Live, we’re thrilled to be bringing a radically re-imagined staging of avant-garde masterpiece Cries of London by Luciano Berio direct to your home!
Cries of London which re-casts the bustle of London street vendors as a metaphor for Big Tech’s scramble to market and sell our personal data. Recorded live last July, this unique Berio performance will be available in both standard video, and as a 360° surround video for VR headsets!
Together At Last marks the premiere of Origins of Creativity, a bold new work by Kenyan composer Nyokabi Kariuki. The full program includes music from the film Gladiator, Hard Times Come Again No More arranged by the Swingle Singers, and much more!
