Event Details

Join the Volunteers for Outdoor California as they partner with SF Recreation and Parks Natural Areas team and SFPA Park Partner Friends of Oak Woodlands, GGP to help improve the trails network in Golden Gate Park.

Volunteers will be building about 1800 linear feet of new trail in the Oak Woodlands and also working on numerous habitat restoration projects to facilitate access for a greater variety of park users and also to increase the sustainability of the trails network. Volunteers of all skill and interest levels are welcome for any portion of the weekend. Work on both August 4 and 5, 2012, and take advantage of this unique opportunity to camp out in this SF gem.

FREE with RSVP. In order to camp, you need to volunteer both days. All meals provided.
