“Volver”: Dia de los Muertos at Brava Theater

 “Volver” invites participating artists to explore the personal and collective stories of returning: the reunification of families dispersed through migration, the longing of people displaced by war to return to their homeland, native languages returning from the brink of extinction, the process of passing through deep emotional currents when revisiting an ancestor. Performing groups include: Loco Bloco, Cuicacalli Dance Company, Native Roots Network, Danza Xitlalli, Folklo Aiyisian Laka Haitian Ensemble, Familia Pena-Govea.
