Walk to Work Day is the annual celebration of the walking city – and of everyone who walks. The eighth annual Walk to Work Day. San Francisco is a walking city.

Whether you live here, work here, or are visiting, it’s one of the best things about the city. More than 884,000 residents, 265,000 weekday commuters, and 24.6 million visitors walk in the city each year.

Each April, Walk San Francisco hosts Walk to Work Day, a fun and festive day of encouragement celebrating the most healthy, sustainable form of transportation: walking.  Stop by a hub to pick up your Walk to Work Day goodie bag.

You’ll get:

  • A goody bag of freebies and your morning coffee
  • Your “I Walked to Work” sticker
  • A chance to win prizes! Note: you don’t have to go to a Hub to enter the raffle
