Lisa and Amy lead Traditional Chinese Dance, focusing on graceful movement, posture, breath, and flowing choreography. The class offers a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere with gentle stretching, rhythm coordination, and expressive movement. Instructions are in Cantonese. Join us for an engaging community practice! Class begins at 11am every Wednesday.
