2018 Weekend Along the Farm Trails | Sonoma County

Join local farmers for a weekend of tours, artisan foods, wine tasting, hands-on activities, cooking, pick-your-own, agricultural demonstrations, music and harvest. From hay rides to cheese-making, Weekend Along the Farm Trails offers a chance to experience Sonoma County’s agricultural heritage. Participants of all ages will learn how and where their food is grown and meet the farmers and artisans who produce it.

Most of the stops are free, but an RSVP is required.

As the event gets closer, registered guests will receive the list of participating farms and a detailed program along with a link to an interactive online map in their email inbox.
All you need is transportation, a map of your route, a cooler to keep your purchases fresh, and a sense of adventure.
Learn how to milk a cow, meet your farmers & vintners, see how cheese is made, cuddle baby animals, take a hay ride, glean a farm, pick pumpkins, watch honey bees make honey, sample delicious food and discover some of Sonoma County’s best kept secrets.
*Admission to most farms is free. Bring some cash to buy farm fresh cheese, vegetables and other homemade delectables.
