Join us for Weekend Wellness, presented by Kaiser Permanente, an experience designed to help you refresh, revive, and reset before the week officially begins. This is an event crafted for adults seeking a vibrant start to their week.

Kickboxing & Yoga Fusion: Bring your mat and start your day strong with a 50-minute class by Vennu Yoga. It’s the perfect way to build strength and find your zen.

Groove & Unwind: Show off your best dance moves and experience the unique energy of a Silent Disco.

Nourish Your Body: Explore our Farmer’s Market, farm-fresh produce to fuel your healthy lifestyle. Plus, get ready for a special treat – Wellness Bucks will be distributed for you to spend on market goodies! First come, first served. While supplies last.

Prohibited Items & Activities at Thrive City:

No weapons of any kind
No alcohol brought onto the plaza
All pets* on a leash
No coolers
No lawn chairs
Face coverings are not permitted (medical, surgical, and other safety related masks are permitted inside). Limited face paint will be accepted.
No panhandling, solicitation, or loitering
No smoking of any kind
No amplified sound
No drones
No bicycles, skateboards, roller blades or scooters (bicycles can be locked at any rack on the street around the venue)
No motorized vehicles
No pamphlets or product samples
No overnight camping
No tents
All garbage, bottles, cans, paper, or other waste matter should be placed in designated trash and recycling receptacles
No trespassing when Thrive City is closed
Any other prohibited items, activity, or behaviors deemed unsafe or unacceptable by Chase Center Management

*Trained service animals are welcome on Thrive City, provided they remain on a leash, tether or in a harness at all times unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the person’s disability prevents use of these devices. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other Thrive City guests or Team Members, may be asked to escort the animal(s) off the premises.
