The Whale’s Tail returns for its 2026 season

The Whale’s Tail is a free, open-air destination for live music, a variety of food and drinks, community programming, and relaxing afternoons in Golden Gate Park.

This year’s programming includes:

• A strong lineup of various musical acts throughout the season
• Cold and hot drinks from the on-site bar (with plenty of N/A options available)
• A rotating assortment of local favorite food trucks offering bites throughout the season
• Weekly free yoga in the park
• Special theme weekends designed for a wide range of park-goers.
  • Upcoming themes include Picnic in the Park, Sports & Wellness, Kids’ Day with face painters and storytellers, and more to be announced.

As always, The Whale’s Tail will be open to guests of all ages, and is both dog and bike-friendly.
