SF Sketchfest Presents James L. Brooks and Danny DeVito with Broadcast News Screening [Full event details]

The man responsible for Taxi, Mary Tyler Moore, The Simpsons – Comedy genius, writer, director and producer James L. Brooks – will sit down for an in-depth conversation with comedy legend Danny DeVito about his remarkable work and introduce a film screening of his classic 1987 comedy/drama Broadcast News.

About Broadcast News (1987): The multi-award winning film follows Jane Craig (Holly Hunter), a talented television news producer and Aaron Altman (Albert Brooks in an Academy-Award Nominated performance), a gifted writer and reporter ambitious for on-camera exposure. The film also stars Joan Cusack, William Hurt, Robert Prosky, Lois Chiles and Jack Nicholson.

James L. Brooks is the winner of the Third Annual SF Sketchfest Comedy Writing Award.
