The trailblazing turntablist Kid Koala is really hitting all the cylinders this weekend. This giveaway is for tickets to the first part, the Loud Party – an indoor block party that’s going to be as loud as they can turn it.

The Kid mixes up soul, funk, even classic rock, but is also known for collages of trip-hop and electronica. Be sure of one thing: it’s going to be a smorgasbord of loud short-attention-span tracks to groove too. It’s all part of a ying/yang sort of weekend called Loud Party/Quiet Work (The next day, Kid Koala provides slooooow calming tunes for 4 hours while folks draw on sketchpads and revel in creation.) But these tickets are for the Loud Party so get your dancing shoes on.
