In this class with Chef Amy Fothergill of The Family Chef, you will learn to craft elegant main dishes from sources such as grains and beans. Add some variety to your vegetarian diet or make meals to impress your non-meat eating friends.

Menu includes:

• Black bean, corn and arugula salad
• Sweet potato and millet cakes with a cumin scented cream
• Lenetil stew topped with pesto
• Amaranth risotto with peas, mint and Feta cheese
