Top Chef’s Tyler Stone will fix a special Greek snack plate to match with wines from Six Sigma Ranch at this one-night-only stint as guest chef at Mezes Greek Kitchen on March 22nd. He will also do some stunts with liquid nitrogen and molecular ice cream.

If you love cooking show competitions, you may recall Chef Tyler as one of the Cheftestants on Bravo’s Top Chef Texas this past fall.

On Thursday, March 22nd, Two Funcheap winners will each receive:

  • an order of molecular ice cream
  • an order of special wine flight snacks with a wine flight

Chef Tyler is among a new generation of rising star chef. Alongside Mezes Kitchen’s resident Greek chefs, Executive Chef Nikos Maheras and Chef de Cuisine Lampos Maximos, Chef Tyler will be mixing up Greek flavors with his own casual and adventurous approach.
