Women’s Month Celebration at Hotel Biron

It’s that time again! Join us for our end of the month event as we celebrate Women’s History Month @hotelbironwinebar !

1 drink minimum to get food from our amazing chef on us!

Chef @sarigrunis has an exquisite menu for our event.

Entrée:
Fresh Corn Polenta & Crispy Bacon
Soft polenta finished with golden bacon bits and a vibrant sauce of pan-seared cherry tomatoes, fresh sage, and a splash of Chardonnay.

Smoky Tahini Eggplant
Fire-roasted eggplant with a creamy tahini, topped with a vibrant medley of cherry tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, and spicy herb pesto. Finished with hand-torn sourdough croutons for a rustic crunch.

Dessert:
Floral Cheese & Almond Crumble
A centerpiece of goat cheese in dried blossoms, paired with a honey and almond crunch, bright lemon zest, and a hint of smoked salt.

We highly recommend pairing your food with wines from @dawnsdreamwinery , which are our current featured wines. We will be giving away 2 for 1 tastings to the Dawn’s Dream tasting room in Carmel-by-the-Sea.
