‘Words on War” Readings by writers & journalists from the former USSR (SF)

Writers and journalists who’ve lived and worked in Ukraine, Russia, and Moldova join prominent Ukrainian writer Andrey Kurkov in sharing their fiction, nonfiction and poetry. Held in Ukrainian-owned bar DecoDance that donates part of proceeds to the people of Ukraine, the reading will be followed by mingling & a live band. Books will be for sale.

Andrey Kurkov will be joined by Bay Area writers Polina Barskova, Katya Cengel, Evgeniya Dame, Maggie Levantovskaya, Masha Rumer, Vlada Teper, Sasha Vasilyuk, and Olga Zilberbourg.
