Event Details

Finally, there’s an ‘80s dance party for those who have to be at the office in the morning. Humor and music blogger Nancy Davis Kho of MidlifeMixtape.com (“For the years between being hip and breaking one”) hosts an early bird dance party that’ll let you relive your glory days and still get home before the babysitter’s curfew.

DJ Damon (Club Gossip / Class of 84) will spin the best of ’80s pop, rock, and one hit wonders. You could leave when the Cat Club’s regular weekly Class of ’84 dance party starts at 9, but why would you? You’ll be all limbered up and ready to execute your finest dance hall moves without pulling any muscles.

The first 40 people through the door get a special gift from Midlife Mixtape. And they’ll be giving away a copy of Billy Idol’s new autobiography, “Dancing With Myself,” to a lucky attendee.
