“Little Worlds” Terrariums Hands-On Workshop | Macy’s Flower Show
Macy’s Union Square transforms into a fairy tale world during its 72nd annual Macy’s Flower Show. The annual Macy’s Flower Show is a stunning celebration of flowers, food, art and music.
2018’s season’s “Once Upon a Springtime” show imagines an amazing world of wonder. In celebration of the first chapter of spring, the first floor of Macy’s will be reimagined with over 130 varieties of flowers, trees and plants.
In addition to taking in the sights that include a grand spring castle entrance complete with a drawbridge and tower and a dragon showing the strength of winter, visitors can look forward to behind-the-scenes tours, special in-store events and free workshops.
Start your visit with a free behind-the-scenes guided tour of the Flower Show. Join a tour Wednesday through Friday at 3 pm or on weekends at noon or 3 pm. Reserve a tour online or call (415) 954-6271 to make a reservation. Tours are complimentary and include a 10% Visitor’s Savings Pass.
While you’re there, show your BART ticket, Clipper card or mention BARTable and receive a free commemorative Flower Show pin and a free round-trip weekend BART ticket (while supplies last, one per customer from March 23-April 7, 2018).
