Yank Sing’s Holiday Pop Up Market

If you’ve ever eaten dim sum at Yank Sing, you already know the chili pepper sauce is the real star. The mildly spicy, deeply savory sauce has been part of the restaurant’s DNA for decades and is famously not available for retail purchase. Until now.

For one day only, Yank Sing will sell jars of its highly coveted chili pepper sauce at a special holiday market pop up at its Rincon Center location. The sauce predates the restaurant itself and has long been made exclusively for in house dining, making this a rare chance to take it home.

Only about 100 jars will be produced, with a strict one jar per person limit. Once they sell out, that’s it. Jars will be $18+tax.

The pop up will also feature limited edition Yank Sing tea leaves, tea sets, and a collaborative tea chocolate collection with Socola Chocolatier. But for longtime fans, the chili sauce is the main event.

If you’ve ever wished you could put Yank Sing chili sauce on everything at home, this may be your only shot.
