“Yoga for Change” at Grace Cathedral (SF)

Gather with good intentions! Join us as Grace Cathedral celebrates its 11th annual Yoga for Change event to benefit The Community Preschool.

Our goal is to raise $35,000, and your help is needed. We invite our community of socially-minded supporters to join together for a morning of yoga to support this vital and transformative early childhood education. Proceeds fund tuition assistance and preschool operational expenses, including teacher training seminars, meals, outdoor activities, revitalizing indoor and outdoor classrooms, and our dreams of opening a parent resource center.

The Community Preschool seeks the richness of a diverse classroom by intentionally enrolling families from the varied socio­economic backgrounds, ethnicities, religious traditions, gender identities, cultures, and abilities represented in the San Francisco Bay Area. We enable students to appreciate different perspectives at an early age and to equip them to contribute to a diverse society. Our goal is to influence the lives of young people and their families and communities in a meaningful and substantive way and to shape how they think, how they view the world, and how they engage in it.
