Too many yoga classes are like slow forms of pilate: meant only as physical exercise. If you want something far more contemplative, closer to yoga’s original spiritual nature, come to Yoga on the Labyrinth Tuesday nights inside Grace Cathedral.
Yoga + Live Music: Yoga teacher Darren Main incorporates live music into the practice, adding relaxing ambience to top the beautiful inlaid labyrinth on the stone floor and stained-glass windows of the cathedral.
This week the performer is Timothy Das doing Native Instruments.

If you have a little extra, please give a little more. If times are financially difficult, please contribute only what feels comfortable to you. As a general guide only, the drop-in rate for a yoga class at most yoga studios in San Francisco is between $15 and $20 dollars, however no one is ever turned away because of money.
