Join us for our May session of Yoga and Sound, where you will practice yoga amongst art for a unique and relaxing experience with instructor Christene Joy. This session includes a Gentle Flow or Strength Flow session and a sound healing experience to prioritize the mind-body-heart-spirit connection.
