Lighthearted yoga with little goats at our rugged, industrial open-air goat barn in SF’s Bayview district. Stretch and enjoy 30 minutes of guided yoga with little goats taught by the talented Deb Burkman and 15 minutes of frolicking free time after with some of our other goats.

Bring your yoga mat, tie up long hair, and come have a goaty good time. Flexible workout shoes or sneakers are suggested. There are 4 yoga sessions available: 10:10am, 10:45am, 11:20am, and 11:55am. We hope that you’ll bring your sense of humor and an open heart. Be ready to play, laugh, and stretch.
