Local award-winning author Cheryl Sternman Rule is proud to discuss all things yogurt as she celebrates her second cookbook, Yogurt Culture. Prepare for an evening of tasting, learning, and inspiration as Rule explores one of the world’s oldest (and most healthful!) fermented foods from every angle — sharing stories from her travels; tips and tricks on homemade yogurtmaking; and how to use store-bought plain yogurt in easy sweet and savory recipes. She’ll also offer tastings from the book!
