Youth Art Show, Mural Unveiling + Old Oakland Block Party

The Our Diverse Voices youth art showcase brings together over 40+ Bay Area K-12 youth artists who have created with art in response to the artist prompt: “What does learning about diversity mean to you and your own education as a well rounded person and citizen?” Save the date for Saturday, October 9th from noon-6pm PT @e14gallery in Oakland, CA.

Celebrate our artists and join in the Old Oakland Celebrates block party at the same time. Hear the Purple Hearts Club perform. Check out the big mural unveil from @twinwallsmuralcompany. And see all that Old Oakland has to offer with the 40+ local merchants and vendors participating in the block party!

The Our Diverse Youth Voices art show is organized by @aapiyouthrising in collaboration with @aapisv, @actionstowardschange, @nationalchildrenscampaign, @e14gallery and @rpscollective.
