On Friday, October 15, join Abram and #millssoe for a Zumba Wellness FriYay Celebration. Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin rhythms with international music. The movements incorporate interval training and alternate between fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness. Move to the sounds of salsa, merengue, reggaeton, bhangra and hip hop. Bring comfortable clothes (be prepared to sweat) and tennis shoes/dance shoes.
