Celebrate Independence Day at the City of Santa Clara’s Fourth of July All City Picnic presented by Silicon Valley Power! Join us at Central Park from 12-5 p.m. This family-friendly event features delicious food, live music, and fun activities for kids. Don’t miss out on this exciting community gathering and experience the patriotic spirit of Santa Clara.

Will there be fireworks in Santa Clara for 4th of July 2023?

Unfortuantely, no. Although past years Santa Clara has had a fireworks show at Central Park, for 2023 here’s what they say “The City of Santa Clara will not be hosting the Fireworks Extravaganza this year,”

The Pavilion Stage presented by Silicon Valley Power will feature a wide variety of festive entertainment all afternoon. Sit and relax or dance the day away. The perfect way to celebrate Independence Day!

Entertainment Line up

12:15-12:45 p.m. Welcome Ceremony
1-1:30 p.m. Santa Clara Elite Dance Team
2:15-3 p.m. Znnia – Up and coming 80s/90s hard rock cover band. Get ready to listen and dance to music of all genres.
3:30-5 p.m. The Peelers – The San Francisco Bay Area’s riveting cover band sensation will be performing non-stop mash-ups and medleys of the latest hits and favorite classics.

Kids Zone

Come one, come all! Step right up and have a ball! Bring the kids to the Kids Zone located in the meadow area from 12-5 p.m.

Children ages 3-12 can run, jump, dance and slide all-day at the Kids Zone. Activities include: games, inflatable play, live music and much more (wristband required).

All day fun wristbands prices: $15.00 each

Wristband sales end at 4:30 p.m.
Turn in your wristband at the end of the event for a patriotic prize!

It is sure to be a fun time for all!

Recreation Swim

Cool off in the pool during the event and splash away the afternoon. This activity is subject to cancelation or location change.

• Recreation Swim is open at the International Swim Center during the event from 1 – 4 p.m.
• Activity passes are accepted.
• Drop-in Rates-at the door (cash only)
  Youth ages 1-17- $5 Res/$6 Non-res
  Adults 18+- $6 Res/$8 Non-res

Event parking is free at the Patricia Drive and Community Recreation Center parking lots.
