Downtown San Francisco is getting a pair of free outdoor concerts this summer, including a June performance by French DJ and producer Habstrakt.

The new Bloom Music Series On Ellis kicks off Thursday, June 18, 2026 transforming Ellis Street between Powell and Stockton into an open-air concert venue. Habstrakt, known for his bass-heavy electronic music and festival appearances around the world, headlines the free show alongside local acts N808, Duserock, and Clayton William.

A second free concert is scheduled for August 20, 2026 with performers to be announced later this summer.

The concerts are part of Union Square’s ongoing “In Bloom” festivities, a seasonal series of events and activations aimed at bringing more people downtown.

The June 18 concert takes place in the Ellis Street Entertainment Zone which has become home to a growing lineup of block parties, live music, and outdoor events in the heart of Union Square.
