Surfers and non-surfers alike are invited to celebrate International Surfing Day 2012 with the San Francisco chapter of the Surfrider Foundation. Enjoy summer solstice with friends, marine advocates and ocean enthusiasts as you clean up Baker Beach on June 20, 2012.

Support our bay and Pacific Ocean by volunteering to participate in marine debris removal from 4pm to 6pm. They will provide bags, grabbers and a supply of garden gloves.

After all your hard work, fuel up on free adult beverages and BBQ  at the picnic site until 8pm located at the BBQ pits near the Baker Beach parking lot and bathrooms. Get your swag on with free surf gear and other give aways for our event participants.
