Come and play outdoors, in nature. Enjoy inverting, reverting and melting into the ground. Join us on weekends for a rejuvinating morning flow
and meditation for body, mind, and spirit.

Where to Meet?
The group gathers at the Big Rec Baseball Field in Golden Gate Park, near Lincoln Way and 9th Avenue. South of the California Academy of Sciences, across from the main entrance to Botanical Gardens.
