In honor and celebration of Transgender Day of Remembrance, there will be a Million Trans March for Inclusion & Tolerance to the Castro on Monday, November 19, 2012.

In reaction to the recent resolved controversy regarding the request to raise the Trans Flag at Harvey Milk Plaza to commemorate our lost and fallen Trans family, local activist and performer La Monistat has organized a unity march to take place on Monday, November 19th starting at 5:30 pm at Civic Center and ending at Harvey Milk Plaza at 7 pm where the flag will be raised.

Transgender Day of Remembrance is a day to honor and pay respect to all of the transgender victims of violence, harassment and prejudice around the world.
