Visit San Mateo’s Central Park Community Center on Saturday 6/17 (10 am-noon) to fold origami paper cranes for the healing of the city of Half Moon Bay.

According to Japanese legend, the crane is a sacred bird that can live for a thousand years. If someone can folds 1,000 paper cranes, then they would be granted good luck, happiness, or a wish.

Join the Bay Area to make a wish for Half Moon Bay! This free event is sponsored by Menlo Church, the Organization of Chinese Americans, Kaiser, and Immedium books.
