1st Rollerskate Art show “Hot August Skates” | Oakland

Please join us for the 1st Rollerskate Art show at Classic Cars West in Oakland. This show will feature Bay Area artists that rollerskate and are actively part of the culture that is very much alive and well.

In addition, we will have a Fault Radio broadcast with live DJ sets by Scandalizer, PuddlePalms and Kanashii from 7-10pm. The broadcast will be live-stream on faultradio.com

This event is sponsored by Sole Stop, a nonprofit organization in the San Francisco Bay Area that provides free shoes to the homeless population. Sole Stop will have a bin at the event, so bring your sneakers to donate.

We hope that you enjoy this event and learn about the different underground cultures and styles of rollerskating throughout California and the United States.
