1st Ever Russian River “Fungi Fest” in Guerneville (Feb. 21-22)

The first ever “Russian River Fungi Fest” is a two day celebration of the incredible mushrooms and mushroom culture of West Sonoma County!

West Sonoma County is known for towering redwoods, tasty wine, quirky small towns, and our stunning river. But it’s also one of the world’s most amazing places for….Mushrooms!

Ticket sales help us cover costs and support the volunteers making Fungi Fest happen. Can’t swing the ticket price? No worries – just grab the free option. We want this to be accessible to everyone.

On February 21st and 22nd – we’re celebrating life’s most incredible kingdom with a two day festival celebrating all our fantastic fungi. A weekend of mushroomy markets, workshops, foraging expeditions, educational talks, mycelial networking and more.

This event will be centered in Guerneville, CA – with satellite events happening all over west county. We are working on finalizing the program with all event details, and will share that at the beginning of February.

Winter is gloomy season in the city, but its peak season for mushrooms which means there is no better time to eat, forage and talk about fungi!

We are working to keep this event free to anyone and everyone can enjoy! That said – by making a donation for your ticket you can support the non-profits that produce this event so ensure we can pay our volunteers, create more quality programming and further our collective mission of making the Russian River a beloved hot spot for regenerative tourism.
