Air Conditioning Classes at HOA will leave your cheeks just as sore as your quads from smiling so much. It’s a full body workout class that allows you to bounce, fly, and spin while strengthening your core, toning your muscles and burning calories.
Air Conditioning Workout Classes:
- Tuesday & Wednesday: 6am, 7am
- Thursday, 9am
- Saturday, 8am
