Future of Us

The Market of the Future is a goods marketplace, social experiment, community convening, and rebellion against dystopia. We are bringing together businesses and community groups who are already building a better future, one based on solidarity, sustainability, and reciprocity.

No money allowed! All participants should bring an offering to the market. Your community will provide for you in return.

  • ​Food & Drinks from Arizmendi and Rainbow Grocery

  • ​Clothes, Books & Other Goods from Strange Exchange and participants (you!)

  • ​Clothing Repairs by Salvage Studio and Roboro

  • ​Community Currency Exploration with SFLuv

  • ​Activations: Mutual Bad Portrait Booth by Bad Art Club, Economic Soul Mapping by Aleda Johnson, and Sardine Games by Jen Cole

  • ​Live Music by Mitch Rocket
