Join them for the Hayward Unified School District’s, 3rd Annual Academic Excellence Day, Celebrating Arts in Our Schools and Community event. This event is hosted by Parent University and is open to all Hayward families and staff.
Schedule:
- 9:30 Registration
- 10:00 Welcome Ceremony
- 10:30 – 11:45 Workshop 1
- 12:15 – 1:45 Workshop 2

- Family Canvas Art Painting
- Family Hip Hop
- Family Ballet Folklorico
- Family Mural Painting
- Family Arts and Crafts
- Family Drumming Circle
This is a free event and open to the public for families and children of all ages. The event will include Karaoke, a DJ, snacks and door giveaways for the first 100 families to check-in.
